Give your Google toolbar an oneview search button. For that you will need the current Google toolbar (this can be downloaded for free here).

Activate oneview in the Google toolbar as your primary search or click after a search in Google again on the oneview button. You will then additionally receive oneview results recommended by other people.

When you see on the oneview button in the Google toolbar a red exclamation mark, click on the dropdown button and you will receive all new links in preview.
